    As for servers, we aim to develop the high
    performance and high-availability server system,
    and for client software, we aim to develop
    UI/US that could quickly and intuitively reveal hidden values.

    Development of the process-data-utilizing system
    We are currently working on development of a system which can analyze and utilize design/measurement/inspection data from the semiconductor process.
    Development of the image auto classification system
    We are currently working on development of a system which classifies images in real time based on deep learning.
    Development of the image measurement system
    We are currently working on development of an image processing-based measurement system.
    Development of the optical simulation system
    We are currently working on development of an optical simulation system using FDTD and RCWA algorithms.

    R&D Team

    R&D Team dedicates to developing analysis
    algorithms required for core solutions
    of MIRERO System

    R&D for high-performance computing algorithms
    We are currently working on high-speed computing algorithms using CPU parallelization, GPU acceleration technologies, and other advanced technologies in order to analyze, measure, and classify ultra-high resolution and large images in real time.
    R&D for image-based analysis algorithms
    We are currently working on algorithms which detects and classifies defects by measuring the shapes and positions of parts, constituting products, with images acquired in the manufacturing inspection process.
    R&D for Deep Learning Application
    We are currently working on CNN-based deep learning technologies that could be widely applied for various applications, including image preprocessing, segmentation, detection, classification, and clustering.

    Technology standardization
    We are working on the selection of technologies that could break through technical difficulties caused by the technology standardization in order to lead software technologies.

    We are working on sharing the examples of application of standardization technologies and applying them for actual projects.
    Quality standards
    We have established and operated the accurate and strict software quality standards.
    Human resource training
    We have organized and planned training courses for new & old employees in order to raise their competence.

    We are working on development and operation of image processing-based recipes as well as image measurement recipes that could be used in various operation environments.
